You may cancel your subscription anytime by using the “cancel my subscription” button in the Callio settings. Unless otherwise stated in Callio’s policies, if you cancel your subscription before the expiry of your chosen plan, you will not receive a refund for the balance of the billing cycle of that chosen plan.
When subscription is cancelled, any direct debit payment method(s) will cease to function. You will no longer be charged for the following month(s) and the digital content associated with your subscription account will be removed from your devices and applications.
Callio reserved the right to cancel your subscription at any time without notice to you in the event we receive notification the Callio service is being used for anything other than it’s intended purpose. Callio may contact you to verify information prior to cancelling your subscription. If your account is cancelled, you may contact Callio to enquire as to the reasons for the cancellation.
Callio does not offer refunds or liable for compensation where the number purchased does not offer the inmate landline rates..If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, please contact Callio through the “Contact us” page.
